Returns
We offer a 4 week no-questions-asked return policy.
Please return your item(s) to the address which appears on the top right corner of your receipt. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed. We will credit the purchase amount (excluding the return postage), to your original method of payment upon receipt of the returned items, providing they are in original condition (i.e., not worn, washed, or ironed). While it is not necessary to give us a reason, it would be helpful for us if you could please provide feedback if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. We are always trying to improve our service, stock and customer relations. So please send comments to: contact@needanewtie.com.au.
All refunds can be held in credit or we can issue you with a gift voucher for future purchases if requested.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your tie, please return it using the instructions as above, indicating the item you would like to exchange it with. If possible, please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first preference. We are always getting new stock, so if we don't have your item in stock, we can issue you with a gift voucher that is valid for 12 months or hold your funds in credit for future purchases.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the returned items.
Faulty goods
We stock the best quality silk ties, and pride ourselves on our service and therefore offer a 12 month warranty on all items. However should an item be faulty please return it along with proof of purchase. We will happily refund or replace the item.
Note: It is important to consider the care instructions that accompany your tie, most of our silk ties can only be dry cleaned. If you have washed your silk tie, other than as specified on the care instructions, it is not considered faulty. For tips on how to make your tie last a life time read our Tie Tips.
